Big Bad Voodoo Daddy to Headline "Crystal City Rocks"
A SPECTACULAR FOOD & MUSIC CELEBRATION ON CRYSTAL DRIVE

Arlington, VA — The streets of Crystal City will come alive with the distinctive sounds of Big Bad Voodoo Daddy, great food samplings, and an afternoon of fun at CRYSTAL CITY ROCKS, a block party of food and music along Crystal Drive on Sunday, June 12.
CRYSTAL CITY ROCKS will run from 1:00 until 5:00 p.m. The concert and food celebration – featuring cuisine and summer drinks from more than a dozen Crystal City restaurants – is open to the public and free of charge. Donations for samplings and drinks will benefit Community Residences of Arlington.
Featured restaurants will include Jaleo, Oyamel, McCormick & Schmick’s, King Street Blues, Ruth’s Chris, Coldstone Creamery and more.
Arlington’s beloved and widely acclaimed a cappella vocal ensemble, DaVinci’s Notebook will open the festivities beginning at 1:30 p.m. while Grammy nominated retro-swing favorite Big Bad Voodoo Daddy performs from 3:30 until closing.
Crystal City Rocks celebrates the new flavor of Crystal City — which has been transformed with a fresh new urban energy and several hot new destination restaurants.
