Washington, D.C. — Cold Stone Creamery and Charles E. Smith Commercial Realty , a division of Vornado Realty Trust (NYSE:VNO) today announced that Cold Stone Creamery will open a new location for its highly successful, super-premium personalized ice cream concept — in Crystal’s City new retail streetscape currently under development and scheduled to open Fall 2004.

Cold Stone Creamery’s secret recipe for smooth and creamy ice cream is made fresh in store daily then customized by combining a variety of innovative "mix-in" on a frozen granite stone for an unbeatable taste sensation. With unlimited combinations of ice cream flavors and "mix-ins", and an enthusiastic ice cream crew, Cold Stone Creamery is the ultimate ice cream experience — generating a passionate following across the country.

Cold Stone’s new Crystal City location will measure approximately 1200 square feet, and will complement Crystal City’s exciting new pedestrian-focused retail district.
